Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. You can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
Turquoise is inherently fragile and sensitive to solvents; soap, perfume and other cosmetics will attack the finish and may alter the color of turquoise gems, as will most commercial jewelry cleaning fluids If the color of your turquoise item has been altered, by any means no refund, exchange or allowance will be issued.
Bear claw jewelry that has been exposed to water or chemicals as listed above or peeled like a fingernail will not be eligible for exchange or refund.Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered (ie: opening or squeezing cuff bracelets), resized, or damaged in any way will NOT be accepted for return.
Packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns are limited to ONE exchange or refund per item! If you are exchanging for a different size ring, make certain you ask for your correct ring size as no more exchange transactions will be allowed!
